Package: psutils
Version: 1.17-16
Severity: normal

Hi,

The `includeres' script looks for PFA font files to include in
/usr/lib/psutils. For each `%%IncludeResource' comment found in the
source PS file, it looks for a file with the same name in
/usr/lib/psutils, optionnally ending in `.pfa'. The name of resources
(i.e. fonts) is the same for all PostScript-producing programs: it's the
name defined in the AFM file of the font. It should be sufficient to
create in /usr/lib/psutils symlinks to the actual PFA files which will
likely be stored in /usr/share/fonts/type1/ .

In order to automate the inclusion of PFA files in /usr/lib/psutils,
the `psutils' package should provide a `psutils.defoma' script which
would be executed every time a new font is added by Defoma.

Thanks,
Ludovic.
