Pretty much. YTalk doesn't support UTF-8 or any other wide character set.
I wish it did, and someday it will, but seeing as how this would require
a substantial rewrite of the program, I'm afraid it'll have to wait a while,
unless anyone steps up to help out.

I am thus setting the severity for this bug to ``wishlist'' to keep it as a
feature request in the Debian bugtracker and forwarding it upstream.
