Package: strace

The dangling symlink problem of #269220 has been fixed in unstable, but
is still present in the version currently in Sarge.

This results in daily mails from cron with:
/etc/cron.daily/man-db:
mandb: warning: /usr/share/man/man1/strace64.1 is a dangling symlink

I have considered prio Serious for this bug as I suspect this is a
policy violation, but in the end decided not to as the problem can be
quite easily fixed by system admins.

However, I really think this kind of problem should be fixed before
release (either by propagating unstable's version to Sarge or via
t-p-u).
