Package: tz-brasil
Version: 0.4
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

I am not sure whether to set this as important or grave... but since it
pretty much breaks the core and single functionality of the package in all
Etch and Sid installs where /usr is not in /, I will go with grave.

tz-brasil may fail to update the system running timezone in Etch and Sid,
since the glibc fix for /etc/localtime where it is not a symlink anymore.

It needs to, after running zic to update the zone files, refresh
/etc/localtime. /etc/localtime is a hardlink (if in the same filesystem as
/usr/share/zoneinfo) or *copy* of the timezone data. The timezone name is
in /etc/timezone. See tzconfig(1) for more data.

AFAIK, there is no standard utility in glibc to do this (we should enhance
tzconfig with a --refresh one of these days...). So, please use
/etc/timezone to find the name of the zone, *unlink* /etc/localtime, then
either *copy* or *hardlink* the correct zone to /etc/localtime.
