Hi RMs,

Long awaited transition of Graphviz which is now modularized. It makes
four packages FTBFS but I could fix three of those at the moment.
These are dyssol [1], python-pygraphviz [2] and regina-normal [3]. The
fourth is msc-generator, builds correctly but its self tests are
failing. At the moment I'm still working on how to decode what fails
and why.
Please note that Graphviz is used to generate documentation. This
functionality is also changed and I have not checked if those produce
the same or at least much similar output.
