Hello!

I am requesting a transition slot for frobby. With the recent upload of frobby
0.9.6 to experimental, the soversion has bumped from libfrobby0 to libfrobby1.
The automatic tracker [1] looks correct.

Frobby has one reverse dependency, macaulay2. It already supports the updated
API and a binNMU should be sufficient.

Thank you!
