Hi,
Sorry for the noise, ... but every day we learn new tricks
and realize yesterday mistakes.
So I realized a lot of package using python3-{py,}tz
in the past does not need it all nowadays.
python-oslo.serialization is one of such package.
I will do an extra sweep once all the old python3-tz are sorted out.
