As announced in [MBF] and [#1117130] the GNOME team would like to remove
libgirepository1.0-dev during the forky cycle. This source package has a
Build-Depends-Arch on libgirepository1.0-dev.

The README.Debian for libgirepository1.0-dev [README] provides advice on
how to choose an appropriate replacement for libgirepository1.0-dev, and
will be updated if new information becomes available.

telegram-desktop seems to have build-system code to run g-ir-scanner,
but doesn't seem to link to libgirepository-1.0, so the replacement for
libgirepository1.0-dev should probably be gobject-introspection (>=
1.80) and maybe some gir1.2-*-dev packages.

Version: 5.7.2+ds-2

Telegram Desktop has been migrated from libgirepository1.0-dev. Though, not
closed in the changelog because I mislooked the bug number.
