I can learn from the description of python3-uritools
that this library came to life because someone
was not so happy with the Python2 -> 3 transition.
It seems that nowadays in a pure Py3 universe
this library would not be so useful.
Indeed, for an example, raritan-json-rpc-sdk does
not seems to use it anymore.
Can you please trim the two matching
lignes from the packaging ?
