Package: evince
Version: 2.28.2-1
Severity: wishlist
I don't really understand what it would be to rotate a document to right or
left. I think clockwise and counterclockwise (or anticlockwise) would be more
apropriate. Maybe an arrow to show the direction would help.

According to the forwarded upstream issue report, since 3.29.1 it uses a
Unicode arrow to show the rotation direction visually.
