I am happy to accept pull requests on the upstream project on specific quotes. Everyone who speaks the language in question is welcome to contribute. I've started to do some serious maintenance on this project after it had been abandoned for about 20 years, and actually removed a number of fascist, racist and sexist quotes that were not in the offensive section. There are 8580 quotes in the regular section and I haven't reviewed all of them. If you want to contribute, you can help review those ones. Best.
