lazarus builds targeting experimental
are trying to build against oldest version of lazarus (3.6)
instead of the latest (4.0) and failing as a result.

please file an extra RM bug for each package that shall be removed.
The subject line of the bug report should be in the format described in the "About removals in Debian" section at the top of [1].
