regarding RFP: qtweetlib -- qtweetlib is a QT library for talking to twitter

This means that you claim that the problem has been dealt with.

As the public Twitter API no longer works and Twitter is dead anyway,
qtweetlib is no longer needed. So I am closing this RFP now.
