Please unblock package kvantum. I noticed the same function won't
arrived automaticlly after tested a full-upgrade from bookworm
to trixie in a VM.
I have added transitional packages and then upload kvantum/1.1.4-3~
into expermental. And intend to upload kvantum/1.1.4-3 into unstable
if it may passed to NEW queue in tiem on 5th May 2025.

The package should provide transitional packages for smoothly upgrade

Thanks for approved kvantum/1.1.4-2. The kvantum/1.1.4-3 will actully
provide the same functionally already in stable after the upgrade..
