Package: qgis
Version: 3.34.14+dfsg-1+b2
Severity: normal
When launching the final step (transformation) on the georeferencer, it errors
out with "Transform Failed: Could not create destination file". Going back to
the Transformation settings" window and changing any setting solves the
problem. More detail at

This problem has been there for at least two years and half.

Your qgis package is outdated, 3.40.6+dfsg-1 is in testing & unstable, and
3.40.7+dfsg-1~exp1 is in experimental.
Kind Regards,
Bas
