Package: lintian
Version: 2.117.0
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

for the dniff package [1] lintian qualifies a patch file as
source-is-missing

   E: dsniff source: source-is-missing [debian/patches/35_Add_CPPFLAGS.patch]

for no apparent reason when run against a *sources.changes file locally
and on salsa with lintian 2.118.0 [2] and 2.117.0 [3]. It did not show
up in the past at least up to lintian 1.115.3 [4].

I assume this is a false positive.
