It is unclear which package in which version resolved the issue
despite investigations. There are good chances this is not
directly caused by libmemcached-libmemcached-perl though.
I think it is safe to close the issue as several people were
unable to reproduce the initial build failure on riscv64,
including the submitter. It's always possible later to
unarchive the issue and reopen it, or open a new bug, in case
issues re-appear.
