Can't login to budgie-desktop environment.

1. Install budgie-desktop
2. Switch from GNOME to budgie-desktop from GDM
3. Try to login

* What was the outcome of this action?

In step 3, shown something wrong happen dialog, and only can do
Alt+L (logout)

* What outcome did you expect instead?

No login failure.

Recently GNOME components were frequently updated toward GNOME 48,
so it might be related, but not identified yet.
