dhcpcanon ships a unit file or drop in under /etc/. This is an issue
because it makes it impossible for a user/admin to override it
locally on their machines. Packages are supposed to only ship systemd
files under /usr/, even drop-ins, and leave /etc/ for local changes
only. Please update your package to ship that file under /usr/
instead. You can refer to the manpage for the specific file type for
