packagesearch says it is searching the descriptions, but it doesn't seem to.

**To Reproduce**

1. Start packagesearch in the GUI (KDE for me)
2. Enter liblvm2 in the box labelled "search for pattern" on the upper left
3. hit enter
4. select liblvm2-dev in the bottom left pane.
5. The bottom right, with the default "Description" tab says "This package
contains files needed to develop applications that use the lvm2app library."
6. Return to the search box and enter lvm2app. Hit enter.
7. Nothing appears in the lower left pane, i.e., no packages match.

Just in case, click on the "search descriptions" box just below the search box
and try again. Still nothing.

**Expected Outcome**
Since liblvm2-dev has lvm2app in its description, it would show up in the
bottom left when I entered that search term in the top left.

**Comment**

I'm pretty sure this worked in Debian 10.

apt is set to use amd64 and i386 on this system.
