I intend to salvage package conman, which has note been updated since 2015,
first upload, despite BTS requests to release updated version.
My plan is to add myself as comaintainer and release newer upstream version.

Hi Héctor,
Since conman is in the debian (alias collab-maint) namespace, I simply
added myself and uploaded the latest upstream version. Hope it was not
against your plans. If I broke something for you, I'm absolutely
willing to fix it. If you feel like adding something, please go on!
