Please remove rust-sequoia-net source and binaries on mips64el ppc64el
and s390x because it now Build-Depends on rust-trust-dns-client which
Build-Depends on rust-trust-dns-proto which Build-Depends on rust-ring
which has never been built on those architectures in Debian.
