Hi,
dh_install --fail-missing seems to break with dh-exec in sid, while it
works in jessie. I suspect it was broken by DH_CONFIG_ACT_ON_PACKAGES
support in dh-exec. The demo package at http://apt.niif.hu/dh-test/
does not build with dpkg-buildpackage -A in sid with the message:
dh_install --fail-missing
install -d debian/dh-test-data//usr/share
cp --reflink=auto -a debian/tmp/usr/share/dh-test
debian/dh-test-data//usr/share/
dh_install: usr/bin/dh-test exists in debian/tmp but is not installed to
anywhere
dh_install: missing files, aborting

Another bug fix in 0.24 that wasn't closed, changelog is:
* Fix the combination of dh_install --fail-missing, dh-exec and
arch-only/arch-indep builds. Thanks to Ferenc Wágner for the report.
