libosmgpsmap uses libsoup 2.4 and GeocodeGlin use libsoup 3.0
This occurs with the gramps application.
gramps stop then we have the following error:

osm-gps-map uses gtk-3.0 for which libsoup-2.4 is required.
This occurs with the gramps application.
This is an issue in gramps. It will need to decide which of these
dependencies is more important.
osm-gps-map is looking for a new upstream maintainer, if gramps cannot
drop it as a dependencies, perhaps it can adopt it and port it to
libsoup 3.0.
Kind Regards,
