Dear Maintainer,
after upgrading to bullseye, pon dsl-provider started failing with
the error:
'/usr/sbin/pppd: local/remote LL address required for demand-dialling'
Removing 'demand' from the peer definition or adding 'noipv6' in
/etc/ppp/options fix the problem, at least on ipv4.

Adding the commits mentioned in https://github.com/ppp-project/ppp/pull/238
removes the error. I couldn't test if things actually work on ipv6.
