According to https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/libzonemaster-perl uscan cannot
find new upstream versions.
After some investigations, it turns out that the CPAN package has been renamed
to Zonemaster::Engine
(https://metacpan.org/pod/Zonemaster::Engine), and the original source code is
to be found on github:
https://github.com/zonemaster/zonemaster-engine.
Latest version is 2.0.7 from June 2018.
