My configuration is fairly close to the default Exim values. The error message is not clear about what header has improper 8-bit data. I do not have problems sending anyone else email and I have checked a number of testing website that say the headers are all clean. Does anyone have any idea what header is causing the problem? Is the error a misconfiguration in the receiving MTA or is there something I have misconfigured on my side?
