petri-foo is in a sad state and not taken care of. It is FTBFS and
got out of Debian years ago.
In #885781 upstream states that the package is no longer developed.
In #967691 I announced to have it removed if nobody reacted.
I think it should be removed. There might be a chance to get rid of
libgnomecanvas some time and this is one building block for that.
