Package: php7.3-dev
Version: 7.3.0~alpha3-1
There's an extraneous 'L' at the end of line 14 of /usr/bin/phpize7.3 which
causes it to fail to copy the files necessary for "make test".
$ phpize7.3
Configuring for:
PHP Api Version: 20180606
Zend Module Api No: 20180606
Zend Extension Api No: 320180606
cp: cannot stat 'run-tests*.phpL': No such file or directory
It works when the 'L' is removed.

Version: 7.3.0~rc2-2
This had been already fixed in version in both unstable and testing.
