Dear FTP Masters,
I would like to ask the removal of ganeti from unstable on mips and
mipsel. The current package is out-of-date and RC-buggy (FTBFS) and the
fixed package does not build because of a chain of missing Haskell
dependencies leading up to #899166, with unknown ETA.
Frankly, ganeti on mips/mipsel has best-effort support and unclear
usefulness. As long as it builds, I'm happy to maintain it, but having
mips/mipsel block migrations of fixed packages to testing is clearly a
priority inversion.
