--force-yes is very bad – and not the same as -f which stands for
--fix-broken. I can't read the localized output but from the format and
context I guess it is a reporting that your system was in a broken state
after a previous apt call exited unsuccessful. Potentially some package
failed to install and apt aborted hence.
That would be a bug in this package, but without the output of the
previous apt call or at least with the dpkg/status file its hard to say.
In the end this would have been better sent to a user-support
mailinglist rather than directly compiled into an incomplete bugreport.
As there is nothing I can do about this bug and this isn't going to get
better with age, I am closing this bug. If by some miracle you can still
reproduce this problem feel free to reopen the bugreport of course!
Best regards
