The jbossas4 package contains an old version of the JBoss Application
Server. The last version of the 4.x series has been released in 2008,
upstream is now 4 major versions ahead. According to #465596 the
packaging was not completed and this seems to be correlated by the low
popcon (< 80).
Also jbossas4 depends transitively on libtomcat6-java which is going to
be removed from Jessie. Since it would be difficult to make it
compatible with a more recent version of Tomcat we prefer to request its
removal, along with the libjboss-remoting-java package.
