Package: ca-certificates
Version: 20050518
Hi,
would be nice if the ca-certificates included the hash symlinks in the
/usr/share/ca-certificates/* directories. This way the directories
could be directly used as a verification directory for programs and
SSL routines, even if the certificates are not trusted in common and
thus not in /etc/ssl/certs.

Hadmut

Bypassing the system trust seems outside the scope of ca-certificates. A
user could just use c_rehash on all the files to complete this.
