This is Debian Etch on a Pentium III Coppermine, Pytnon 2.3, gstreamer
0.8. I think this maybe somehow related to #317963. Conclusion:
quodlibet doesn't start.

No, this is #328587, and is a bug in GStreamer. Quod Libet 0.14 (and
0.15, currently in unstable) include workarounds for it.
