Hello I can’t fully install nor remove Mailman. This is the error log,

I had indeed. I downloaded base-file to see how to properly re-create
the user, didn’t find, so since I have /etc under version control, I put
back the line in /etc/passwd. Mailman installed fine. (Well, apart from
a warning about levels in the init script, but that’s another bug report :)
