Please don't include /var/lib/tomcat5.5/conf/catalina.policy since it's
auto-generated and that doesn't play nice with integrity tools like
debsums.

I don't know whether this is fixed in tomcat6 but, because of new
technology, I won't track Tomcat bugs anymore.
