Hello,
The upstream ChangeLog is not included in the binary package mozilla-mplayer.
Attached is a very small debdiff that adds "DEB_INSTALL_CHANGELOGS_ALL =
ChangeLog" to debian/rules. I have verified that this builds a package that
includes both changelog.gz and changelog.Debian.gz
in /usr/share/doc/mozilla-mplayer as expected.
