Package: ipw2100-source
Version: 1.0.1-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

After rebuilding the ipw2100 module from ipw2100-source via
module-assistant, "modprobe ipw2100" fails with the following message:

FATAL: Error inserting ipw2100
(/lib/modules/2.6.9neoistlabs/kernel/drivers/net/wireless/ipw2100/ipw2100.ko):
Unknown symbol in module, or unknown parameter (see dmesg)

This is the dmesg entry:

ipw2100: Unknown symbol free_ieee80211
ipw2100: Unknown symbol alloc_ieee80211

This happens with and without the module ieee80211 being loaded, on
kernel 2.6.9 with an up-to-date Debian unstable.
