Yes, /proc/device-tree/model shows exactly what I mentioned in the
"Machine:" lines:
“Raspberry Pi 5 Model B Rev 1.0” and “Raspberry Pi 3 Model A Plus Rev 1.1”

To clarify, I’ve tested only on the following specific revision of boards:

   -

   Raspberry Pi 5 ( Revision 1.0)
   -

   Raspberry Pi 3 A+ (Revision 1.1)

It seems there are other revisions of these models. The reference for those
is the Raspberry Pi revision code list:
