Thanks, I finally got around to being able to test this.
I wrote the dvd image of trixie rc2 to a thumb drive, started the install
and immediately switched to VT4,
after some messages about loading packages and attempting to load firmware,
I get the kernel panic
from the attached photo. Let me know if any other information would be
helpful.
