Debian's report bug is like 20 years old now...
It asks me dumb questions like "Please enter the name of your SMTP
host. Usually it's called something like "mail.example.org" or
"smtp.example.org"."
Nobody In their right mind uses SMTP or any such ancient technology
for like 20 years now. Now everybody and their dog are on GMail +
using web-browsers for bug tracking.
So I got no clue what kind of SMTP I am using -- only GMail.
Googling might bring to https://www.debian.org/Bugs/Reporting.
If I look at
https://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/current/amd64/iso-cd/debian-12.11.0-amd64-netinst.iso
there is a md5sum.txt file.
This is in addition to https://www.debian.org/CD/verify.
HTH.
