Live installer (calamares) crashes on any LVM creation

I've noticed this with both current Bookworm 12 Live images, as well as
daily Trixie 13 Live images. Any attempt to create an LVM VG or LV in
Calamares results in an immediate crash.

Where is the proper venue to report this?
