Why not delete the files you do not want on your machine? If you do
not like /icon/debian/banner_h.html you can remove them.

You did not say if a computer running Debian GNU/Linux was involved in
the incident you report. Otherwise I do not thing the Debian project
is in any way responsible for anything you mention.
