Well, I *was* wondering: I just tried it and it works.
I created 2 raid1 md disks and an lvm volume group on each. I used the
first one to create a single logical volume that I used for /boot
(falling prey to an ancient superstition stating that /boot must stay on
the first cylinders) while I created multiple logical volumes on the
second one (/, /usr, /home etc.)
For a moment I toyed with the idea of writing a short page on debonaras
about this but now I think that everything just worked as it should and
I was simply overly apprehensive...
