Arch Linux community has a 32 bit version.  https://archlinux32.org/

I highly recommend Sparky Linux based on Debian 64 bit. Ubuntu is just too
incompatible with Debian even though it's based on Debian. I left Ubuntu
years ago.

Note: Sparky Linux download is a zip file which must be unzipped.
