We are trying to keep the patient alive :-) Seriously, there was a good amount of support for adopting dccp-udpencap earlier, and people have used much energy for reviewing it along the way. Therefore, after all this effort, I think it would be a shame if we didn't try to bring the draft to a successful conclusion. - Pasi
