When using the prebuilt 2015_10 index and when performing a keyword search,
I find that the first result is often times the best result and it would
seem like there is a functioning ranking system in place.

I have built my own 2016_10 index and when performing a keyword search,
what was the first result is often now in the middle of the results. It
does not appear that ranking is having the same impact or that ranking is
not operating at all. I followed the guide verbatim on
https://github.com/dbpedia/lookup for building my own index.

Are there any steps out there that are crucial to make sure that the
ranking holds? I don't believe it could be the difference in the data.
The one anomaly I did come across was on the wikistatsextractor project
where on the mvn exec:java step, I had to provide a couple of parameters to
that command because they were required by the main method being called.
