at them, I'm starting to suspect your subscription table lacks the foreign key restraints against the users and mailboxes tables. But I couldn't tell for sure.
Maybe can you update the "fix foreign keys" script in sql/mysql/ , so I can see if this is the case ?
I'll test the INBOX.folder scenario.
