I recently did something like that for all students on a small (600+) highschool
here in Utrecht.
I used a simple script to generate 600+ dbmail-user commands. Running those
finished in a couple of minutes. No sweat.

few domains. I upgraded to the latest 2.01 "testing" debian package
today and am ready to expand our usage of dbmail with the additional
users today.
