Hello John,

JK> I have been having a problem with dbmail for a while now. One of

JK> anybody have any ideas of how to stop this

The default email client on OS-X seems to be much like Microsoft
Outlook, in that, if it can not download ALL new messages in a
session, it won't delete ANY of them, and it continues to consider
them "new". Most clients will delete messages they've downloaded,
either as they're downloaded, or at the end, so only the problematic
message remains.

In this case, you'll have to find out which message is the last they
receive, to narrow the field to the one that causing the "burp". Do
you have a web interface to your mail server? It might help to have
them use that, OR switch to IMAP to clear the account.
